It's easy to use and doesn't tangle easily, which is good. Even though I hooked the hair at the right amount, half of it wraps around while spinning and the other half stays unwrapped. It seems like you need to grab less than you think... For those with thick hair, it might take quite a while to do all of it. Grabbing enough hair to wrap around naturally would be better. The product quality itself is fine and okay.
